How to Perform a Factory Reset

If your tabs aren’t pairing with the app, continuously blink white, or won’t connect, we recommend performing a factory reset.

Steps:

1. Place both tabs in the charging case and ensure the case is plugged in.

2. With both tabs in the case, press and hold the buttons on both tabs for 10 seconds, then release.

3. The tabs should turn red. If one or both do not turn red, repeat step 2—making sure each tab stays properly seated in the case while pressing the buttons.

4. Remove both red tabs from the case.

5. Identify the tab with the ~ symbol between the charging contacts. Press and release the button on that tab once.

6. The tabs will turn white and pair together. Your factory reset is now complete.
