To enter Bluetooth pairing mode, press and hold the button on the tab with the ~ symbol for 3 seconds, then release. The tab should enter pairing mode.

However, this process can be a bit tricky and inconsistent - for a more reliable solution, we recommend performing a full factory reset:

1. Place both tabs in the case and make sure the case is plugged in.

2. Press and hold the button on each tab for 10 seconds, then release.

3. The tabs should turn red. If one or both don’t, repeat step 2 and make sure the tabs stay properly seated in the case.

4. Remove both red tabs from the case.

5. Locate the tab with the ~ symbol between the charging contacts. Press and release the button on that tab once.

6. The tabs will glow white and pair together. When both lights turn solid white, the factory reset is complete.
