When the case is charging properly, a white light appears on the front. This light will turn off once the case is fully charged. However, if the white light stays on continuously—even after several hours—it may indicate an issue with the case battery.

Here’s how to check:

• Try charging overnight and see if the white light turns off by morning.

• Insert the tabs into the case while it's plugged in. The tabs should turn yellow or green to show they’re charging.

• Unplug the charging cable and watch the tabs. If they instantly switch from charging mode to pairing mode, it suggests the case isn’t holding a charge.
