Setup – Getting Started

This guide will walk you through charging your Dharma Dr Tabs, downloading the app, pairing your device, and getting ready for your first session.

Step 1 – Charge Your Case and Tabs

Place your Tabs in the charging case and connect the case to a power source using the included cable. The case LED will be solid white while charging and turn off when fully charged. Your tabs will flash yellow when under 90% and be solid green when charged.

Step 2 – Download the Dharma Dr App

Download the Dharma Dr app to your mobile device:

Step 3 – Turn On Your Tabs

Remove the Tabs from the case. They will automatically power on and be ready to connect. The LEDs on each Tab will flash white while searching for a connection to each other then go solid white. Step 4 – Pair With Your Device

Open the Dharma Dr app and follow the on-screen prompts to connect via Bluetooth. Keep your Tabs within a few feet of your phone for best results.

If your Tabs don’t connect automatically, hold down the button on the tab with ~ symbol for 4 seconds and release to place them in pairing mode.

Step 5 – Confirm Connection

Once paired, the app will display your Tabs as connected. You are now ready to begin your first session.

Troubleshooting

Tabs not connecting — Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and for our app and Tabs are powered on.
No lights while charging — Check that the charging cable is firmly connected to the case and power source.

Tips & Best Practices

Charge your Tabs fully before first use.
Keep your device within line of sight of the Tabs during pairing and sessions.
Update firmware when prompted to ensure the latest improvements.
