If your tabs aren’t turning on and there’s no white light, try pressing the button on each tab once. If there's still no response, place the tabs in the charging case while it’s plugged in.

If the tabs light up yellow, they just need to be charged. Let them sit in the case for a while to power up. If they don’t show any lights or still won’t turn on after charging, please contact us at support@dharmadr.com and we’ll help troubleshoot.
