Tabs Won’t Turn On

1. Check the Tabs for Power
- Remove both tabs from the charging case.
- If no LED turns on at all, the tabs may need to be recharged.
- Place the tabs in the case and connect the case to power using the provided USB cable.
- LED on the charging case:
- Flashing Yellow = Charging (battery under 90%)
- Solid White = Fully charged
2. Try Powering On Manually
- Remove the tabs from the case.
- Press and hold the button on each tab for about 3–5 seconds.
- You should see a pulsing white LED — this means the tab is powering on and looking for the other tab.
3. Still No Response?
- Make sure the charging case itself has power — try a different cable or USB outlet.
- Ensure the tabs are seated properly in the case (you should feel a magnetic snap).
- If still no lights after 15–20 minutes of charging, contact support for further help.
Tip:
If you’ve recently performed a factory reset or the tab was completely discharged, it may take up to 1–2 minutes of charging before any lights turn on.
