Orders & Replacements – Complete Guide

This guide covers how to request replacements, pair new tabs, track orders, and understand our return and warranty policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All Dharma Dr. products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • It does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure, or physical trauma (e.g. drops, crushing).

2. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Go to our Support Center and click Submit a Ticket.
  2. Select the category: “Returns / Warranty”.
  3. Include the following in your message:
    • Order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo or video (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with next steps.

3. What Happens After Approval?

  • If your request is approved, we’ll ship a replacement or provide return instructions.
  • You may be asked to return the defective unit before receiving a replacement.
  • All replacements are shipped with tracking via USPS or UPS.

4. Return Eligibility (Non-Defective)

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Shipping, Order Tracking, and Delivery Times

1. Shipping Overview

  • We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on your location and delivery speed.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping time within the U.S. is usually 2–5 business days.

2. How to Track Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  • You can also log in to your account (if applicable) to view tracking under “My Orders.”

3. Didn’t Get a Tracking Number?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for your shipping confirmation email.
  • If it’s been more than 48 hours and you haven’t received tracking, submit a ticket here.

4. What If My Package Is Delayed or Missing?

  • Start by checking your tracking link for updates or delivery exceptions.
  • Sometimes carriers mark packages as “delivered” a day early — wait 24 hours and check again.
  • If the package still hasn’t arrived, contact support and we’ll assist with a replacement or investigation.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
  • We’re working on expanding to other regions — stay tuned via our newsletter or blog for updates.

How to Pair a Replacement Tab with Existing Equipment

Your replacement Tab is ready to help you reduce stress, increase focus, and improve sleep. Follow the steps below to charge the Tab, perform a factory reset, and pair it with the Dharma Dr. parts you already own.

  1. Confirm the package contains:
    • 1× Replacement Dharma Dr. Tab, Charging Case.
  2. Check the replacement. If you any damage from shipping, stop and contact support.
  3. If you receive a new case it does not need to be paired or reset, the tabs can just be put in the new case.
  • 1× Replacement Dharma Dr. Tab, Charging Case.
  1. Place the Tab into the charging case. A flashing yellow LED on the case means it’s charging and below 90 %.
  2. Plug the USB-C cable into a 5 V wall charger or powered USB port. Charge until the case LED shows solid white (100 %).
  3. Let the Tab reach room temperature before use (ideal: 68-77 °F / 20-25 °C).

Factory-resetting both Tabs clears old bonds so they pair cleanly.

  1. Insert both Tabs into the case and open the lid.
  2. Press & hold the small button on each Tab in the case for 10 seconds then release and both Tabs begin flashing red.
    (Flashing red = Factory-Reset Mode)
  3. Press the button once on the Tab with ~ symbol on the back. The LEDs should now pulse white, indicating they’re ready to pair once solid white.
  4. On your phone, open the Dharma Dr. app (update to the latest version).
  5. Pairing should pop up
  6. Wait for the in-app confirmation “Tab Paired ✓”
  7. Gently remove both Tabs, place them in hands, and start a quick 60-second session.
  8. If you feel normal pulses, you’re good to go!
