Troubleshooting a Non-Responsive Tab

If one of your Dharma Dr. tabs isn’t responding — no lights, no vibration, or it won’t connect — follow the steps below to bring it back online.

Step 1: Charge It Fully

  • Place both tabs in the charging case and check the LED on the case.
  • If the tab is charging, the case light will blink yellow.
  • Leave it to charge for at least 10 minutes before testing again.

Step 2: Try a Manual Power-On

  • Remove the tab from the case.
  • Press and hold the button on the tab for 4–5 seconds, then release.
  • If you see a light or vibration, it has powered on.

Step 3: Attempt Pairing Mode

  • If the tab shows no response, try entering Bluetooth pairing mode again.
  • Press and hold the button on the ~ tab for 4 seconds, then release.
  • If the LED flashes blue, it’s responsive — open the app to pair.

Still Not Working?

If the tab remains completely unresponsive (no lights, no response after charging):

  • Submit a support ticket and include:
    • Whether the LED turns on at all
    • Whether the other tab is working normally
    • Any steps you’ve already tried
  • Our team will walk you through further steps or assist with a replacement if needed.
