How Do I Pay with My HSA or FSA Card?

You can use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) card at checkout to purchase Dharma Dr. products. These are eligible medical devices designed to support mental health care.

Steps to Pay with an HSA/FSA Card

1. Add the product(s) to your cart
2. At checkout, select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method
3. Enter your HSA or FSA card details
4. Complete your purchase like any normal online transaction

If Your Card Doesn’t Work

If your HSA/FSA card is declined or not accepted by your bank:

1. Still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA”
2. Enter your regular credit or debit card instead
3. Flex will email you an itemized receipt
4. Use that receipt to request reimbursement from your provider

Is Dharma Dr. Eligible?

• Yes — our products meet eligibility for most HSA/FSA plans as therapeutic tools for anxiety, trauma recovery, and EMDR support
• If your provider needs additional documentation, we can provide an invoice with our tax ID and business details
