Returns, Replacements, and Warranty Policy

1) Warranty Coverage
- All Dharma Dr products include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Not covered: damage from misuse, water exposure, or physical trauma (e.g., drops, crushing).
2) How to Request a Replacement
- Submit a request: Visit our Support Center and choose Submit a Ticket.
- Follow guided troubleshooting: Our team will help diagnose the issue. If a hardware fault is likely, we’ll proceed with replacement steps.
Response time: We typically review and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
3) What Happens After Approval
- We’ll ship a replacement or provide return instructions (as applicable).
- You may be asked to return the defective unit before a replacement is sent.
- Replacements include tracking and ship via USPS or UPS.
4) Return Eligibility (Non-Defective)
- Unhappy for any reason? You may return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must include all original packaging and accessories.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

1) Shipping Overview
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination and speed.
- Typical order processing: 1–2 business days.
- Typical U.S. transit time: 2–5 business days.
2) How to Track Your Order
- When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
3) Didn’t Get a Tracking Number?
- Check your spam or Promotions folder for the shipping confirmation.
- If it’s been more than 48 hours since purchase and you still don’t see tracking, submit a ticket.
4) Package Delayed or Missing
- Check the tracking link for exceptions or carrier notes.
- Carriers sometimes mark delivered a day early—wait 24 hours and re-check.
- Still missing? Contact support for help with investigation or replacement.
5) International Shipping
- We currently ship within the U.S. only.
- We’re working to expand—watch our blog/newsletter for updates.
How to Pair a Replacement Tab with Existing Equipment
Use these steps when you receive a replacement Tab (or Tabs). You’ll confirm contents, check for shipping damage, factory-reset to clear old bonds, and then pair in the app.
Before You Begin
- What’s in the package: Typically 1× replacement Dharma Dr Tab (and/or a charging case as specified).
- Inspect on arrival: If you see any shipping damage, stop and contact support.
- If you received a new case: It doesn’t require pairing or reset—place the Tabs in the new case and proceed.
- If you received a new Tab: It will need to be Factory Reset.
Factory Reset (Clears Old Bluetooth Bonds)
- Insert both Tabs into the charging case and keep the case plugged into power. Open the lid.
- Press and hold the small button on each Tab for about 10 seconds (while docked), then release. Both Tabs should begin flashing red — this is Factory-Reset Mode.
- Remove the Tabs from the case.
- Press the button once on the Tab with the ~ symbol on the back. The LEDs should pulse white, then go solid white when ready to pair.
Pair in the App
- On your phone, open the Dharma Dr app (ensure you’re on the latest version).
- A pairing prompt should appear—follow the on-screen steps to connect.
- Wait for the confirmation message: “Connected”.
- Optionally start a quick 60-second session to verify normal pulses.
Not appearing in the app? Make sure Bluetooth is enabled (and Location is on for Android), then repeat the factory-reset steps and try again.
