How to Adjust Vibration Settings in the App

The Dharma Dr app allows you to control the vibration strength of your Tabs to match your comfort level. Follow the steps below to adjust vibration settings during a session or from the Settings menu.

Steps

  1. Open the Dharma Dr app
    Ensure your Tabs are turned on and connected via Bluetooth.
  2. Go to Session Settings
    This is located on the main screen in the app with the tabs connected.
  3. Locate Vibration Control
    Under Session Settings, find the Vibration Intensity slider.
  4. Adjust intensity
    Move the slider left (weaker) or right (stronger) until the vibration feels comfortable.
  5. Test during a session
    Start a session and confirm the vibration changes match your adjustments. You can adjust live while a session is running.

Troubleshooting

  • No vibration — Ensure Tactile mode is enabled in your session settings. If only Visual mode is selected, vibration will be off.
  • Vibration still weak — Slide the control to maximum. If no change, reset the Tabs by placing them in the case, closing the lid, then removing them.
  • Only one Tab vibrates — Place both Tabs back in the case, close the lid for 10–15 seconds, then remove and reconnect.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Start with medium intensity and adjust up or down based on preference.
  • Increase vibration slightly in louder environments if you have difficulty sensing the pulses.
  • For sensitive users, lower intensity can make sessions more comfortable.
