1. Warranty Coverage
- All Dharma Dr. products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- It does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure, or physical trauma (e.g. drops, crushing).
2. How to Request a Replacement
- Go to our Support Center and click Submit a Ticket.
- Select the category: “Returns / Warranty”.
- Include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with next steps.
3. What Happens After Approval?
- If your request is approved, we’ll ship a replacement or provide return instructions.
- You may be asked to return the defective unit before receiving a replacement.
- All replacements are shipped with tracking via USPS or UPS.
4. Return Eligibility (Non-Defective)
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
